What are your Store Hours?
Our 15 store locations are open Monday through Friday from 7 am to 5 pm, and on Saturday from 8 am to 3 pm.

How are Rental Rates figured?
How are Rental Rates figured? Rental charges are based upon the length of time the equipment is on rent. All equipment with hour meters have rental rates that include 8 hours of running time in a 24 hour period. Any meter time over the 8 hours will be prorated accordingly. 1 Day Rental = 24 hours with equipment and includes 8 hours of running time 1 Week Rental = 7 days with equipment and includes 40 hours of running time 4 Week Rental = 28 days with equipment and includes 160 hours of running time

Do you offer Delivery and Pickup?
Yes, Art's offers delivery and pickup of equipment for an additional fee. Rates are based on the equipment rented, the type of truck needed to haul the equipment, and the distance of the destination from an Art's Rental location.

When are Deposits needed?
Deposits are required when the equipment is rented, and are refunded when the equipment is returned.

Do you offer 24-Hour Emergency Service?
Yes, Art's offers 24-Hour Emergency Service for an additional fee. Art's 24-Hour Emergency Phone number is 859-431-4519 outside regular business hours.

How does Art's charge for Weekend and Holiday rentals?
Weekend and holiday rates are as follows: - We charge ½ day's rent for Sunday's and holidays. - Equipment rented on a Saturday (or the day before a holiday) before 12:00 pm, we charge a 1-½ day's rent if the equipment is returned by 9:00 am on the following business day. - Equipment rented on a Saturday (or the day before a holiday) after 12:00 pm, we charge 1 day's rent if the equipment is returned by 9:00 am on the following business day.
